Cedars-Sinai Marina Del Rey Hospital will be built at Lincoln Blvd and Midanao Way

The non-profit teaching and research hospital will break ground next year on the new location facing Lincoln Blvd. near Mindanao Way. The existing hospital, which was purchased in 2015, will remain fully operational during construction, but will be demolished and replaced with a parking lot as the new facility nears completion in 2025.
The new hospital will be 269,000 sq. ft., more than doubling the current structures. The bed capacity will increase from 133 beds to as many as 160, with operating rooms expanding from six to ten.
Recent upgrades have included new signage around the hospital perimeter to improve traffic flow and the purchase of a new secure employee parking lot west of Lincoln Boulevard across from the hospital.
